Edited a month agoToday I ordered the 2 piece breast meal. She repeated it back to me Yet when I picked it and got home I realized they gave a 2 piece snack. Not good since I only eat chicken breast. Better check your order before you leave

a month agoIf you aren’t eating Carmen’s chicken you’re missing the hell out ! Everytime I’ve got it it is so delicious !! The jojos are delicious the MAC SALAD DELICOUS ! Keep up the good eating !!!! Loving it

4 months agoWas attending a Superbowl party in which the owner ordered over 150 pieces of chicken and JO Jo’s. There were at least 65 people in attendance. The order was already over a hour late and they couldn’t say when it might be done. The old owners were ALWAYS prompt. If this is how you’re going to be running this business, sell now! Save your time and money. Terrible. And now 65 people know how they run this business

5 months agoI was in the warren area so I decided to try it since they reopened, tried calling to place an order for 15 minutes straight and got no answer, so I stopped in to order, took almost 10 minutes to get my order placed, and then got hit with a 50 minute wait for a 12 inch pizza... if I knew that before I paid I would have left... they need to get it together here... I seriously doubt I'll ever come back because of the service... what a shame, this place used to be amazing...

5 months agoordered half sheet of pizza four piece chicken dinner and JoJo's told to pick up at 12:45 got there pizza was ready told me I had a 15-minute wait for the chicken then they told me I had another 15 minutes wait for my chicken they had chicken sitting up in their little basket under the light I said how do you have chicken sitting there and not my dinner I told him let's start over just give me the pizza no chicken dinner now all of a sudden they said oh we're boxing it right now how do you go from a 15-minute wait two were boxing it right now I told them my pizza is probably cold now they said all we have it sitting on a warmer anybody that eats Pizza knows it's not the same as when it comes out the oven hot sitting under a warmer don't get it I got home the JoJo's were the size of french fries skinny piece of potato with a lot of breading around it the breading on the chicken was so tough I took it off the thigh and snapped it the pizza was loaded with way too much sauce sauce was definitely not the same old Carmen's cooked sauce with the peppers in it for flavor peppers now extra I always get my pizza sausage and extra cheese was so spicy I could only eat half a piece definitely not the same cutting corners doesn't keep customers

11 months agoThis was a trip back to the late 1980s. I was in the Warren, OH area and HAD to stop by one of my FAVORITE pizza places as a kid. Carmen’s Pizza is still making the best pizzas! I had the pepperoni & cheese. OMG! Just like I remember…and the buttery crust underneath the cheese and pepperoni was decadent…YUM! I Carmen’s pizza also had something new (that I do not recall was on the menu in the 80s)….fried chicken. Well, I HAD to get chicken wings to “test” and see if they had that Carmen’s approval…and they did! These fried chicken wings were DELICIOUS 😋 I have already told my friends to visit Carmen’s pizza if they are ever in the Warren, OH area. It’s a must and well worth the drive! Keep making amazing food!
